The type of personal information that we collect

• Details regarding your vehicle (for example, registration, make and mileage)

How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for any of the following reasons:

• Making booking appointments
• Contacting you regarding any present, past or future appointment
• Storing and maintaining a service history of your vehicle(s)
• Sending digital invoices and/or receipts
